All prices are for shop pickup only. Call or email for prices not listed below in the chart or for UPS deliveries. All lumber is FAS grade unless noted below. All lumber is sold by the board foot. Board feet is calculated based on lumber thickness prior to surfacing.

Definitions and Examples:
To calculate board feet, multiply the length in feet by the width and thickness in inches. Divide that amount by 12.
(L (feet) x W (inches) x T (inches) 12=8 x 9 x 1/12= 6 BF
A board 8 feet long and 9 inches wide by 1 inch thick contains 6 board feet (BF) of lumber.
This sample board has a surface measure (SM) of 6. That's the number of board feet divided by the thickness.
All grades are assigned at the sawmill at the time of manufacture. Grades that we carry include:
FAS which is the best grade, must be 83% clear on the poorest side. Clearness is measured in large rectangular areas called cuttings. FEQ and Pattern grades are also carried for select items.
